Sports, the life line of the students :
Physical activity is vital to the holistic development of young people, fostering their physical, social and emotional health.

Physical exercise, Gymnastics and Yoga classes are conducted at different levels. These activities helps to bring about equilibrium of the mind and increase the concentration level. Daily exercises help to relieve the stress of the students.

The school encourages all students to take up some sport activity to build up not only physical strength but also the sportsmanship, an attitude that strives for fair play, courtesy toward teammates and opponents, ethical behavior and integrity, and grace in victory or defeat.

The school offers various indoor games like table tennis, gymnastics, chess, carom, etc which help to increase the brain power, improve their memory and concentration. The schools provides all facilities for football, basketball, volleyball, running track, cricket, badminton. Qualified, energetic and experienced coaches train the children for various sports.
